I feel very privileged to be a part of this training. I have benefited greatly from it as a teacher in many ways. I have learned about different teaching skills, methods, and strategies, and how to adapt them to different learners. Additionally, this training has helped me to better understand the needs of individual children and how to teach them effectively. I will use all the skills, methods, and strategies I have learned to meet all my students' needs. Finally, I am confident that my one-year primary teacher training has prepared me well for a successful career in teaching.

Given my lack of understanding, teaching phonics to students took some work. Nevertheless, I tried my best. I taught phonics to my students, and I was surprised by how quickly they picked up the exercise. The center linking Math, English, and other topics caught my attention. However, I found it difficult to manage time when a center activity requires KG and nursery school students to work, read, and write simultaneously. Despite the challenges, witnessing the growth and development of my students made every effort worthwhile.

The training exceeded my expectations. It not only expanded my teaching toolkit but also helped me discover new ways to make learning fun and interactive for young children. The emphasis on local materials and low-cost teaching aids is incredibly beneficial for educators like us. Thank you for this valuable experience!

As a teacher attending the EC teacher training, I found it incredibly enriching. The program's goals were well-defined, and the sessions covered many essential topics. I particularly appreciated the hands-on learning activities and the integration of RBF's 11 Essential Child-Centered Practices. They highlighted the significance of morning meetings and read-aloud sessions in early childhood education. While we discussed challenges like limited resources, the recommendations provide a way forward. I'm excited to apply these newfound strategies in my classroom.

The Level One teacher training transformed me into a skilled and effective educator, equipping me with insights into pedagogy, child development, and classroom management. This program instilled a sense of responsibility and passion for nurturing young minds. I'll implement acquired knowledge by applying best practices in lesson planning, adapting to diverse student needs, and creating inclusive environments.
