Library management and upkeep training in Kavre for Santi School Project
A two day library management and upkeep training was held in Kavre for 16 teachers of the six project schools. The two day training focused on guiding teachers to manage their classroom libraries and new techniques to make reading interesting and fun for their students. Pivotal topics included job charts, checking out books and their upkeep. The trainers tried to answer queries that the teachers may have had and solve issues faced by the teachers.
The next set of activities for the project include conducting an End line survey in Kavre, visit by SWC officials to the project site and inviting few teachers and students to the Bal Sahitya Mahotsav held in Rato Bangala School in Kathmandu.
